About MattressDealsOnline
MattressDealsOnline is an independent mattress review and deal-tracking site. Our goal is simple: help you buy the right mattress once, without wading through marketing spin. We combine hands-on experience with published specifications and the findings of independent testing labs to produce reviews and buying guides you can actually trust.
How we review mattresses
Every review and guide on this site is built on a consistent, transparent process:
- Hands-on experience. Where we have personally slept on or physically inspected a mattress, we say so and share our first-hand impressions. Personal experience is labeled as such so you always know when you are reading a firsthand account.
- Published specifications. We verify construction, materials, certifications, trial periods, and warranty terms against the manufacturer's own documentation.
- Independent lab testing. We cross-reference the hands-on findings of respected independent testers - covering cooling, motion isolation, edge support, pressure relief, and firmness - rather than relying on any single source.
- Honest tradeoffs. No mattress is right for everyone. We tell you who a bed is not for as clearly as who it is for, and we flag weak spots even on products we like.
We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews or higher rankings. Our editorial ratings are our own, and a brand's affiliate relationship with us never changes how we score its products.
How we stay independent
Like most review sites, MattressDealsOnline is reader-supported through affiliate partnerships: when you buy through some of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That revenue keeps the site running, but it is deliberately kept separate from our editorial judgment. Rankings are based on merit and fit for the reader, not on commission rates. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
A note on medical guidance
Our content is general product guidance, not medical advice. Mattresses can meaningfully affect comfort and sleep quality, but persistent pain or a diagnosed condition deserves input from a qualified clinician. When we discuss topics like back pain, we aim to reflect the research honestly while staying in our lane as a product resource.
